Often these properties come from estate sales, families involved in a divorce, or families experiencing financial problems. It is always smarter to sell your house on your own, even without making a profit, than allowing the bank to take it through foreclosure.
Zif Properties uses local investors, and if the property fits their investment criteria they are able to close and pay cash for the house within 10 days. If you make us aware of a property that is available for sale, and we are able to purchase that property, we will pay you at least $250!
